GASTRONOMY @ RUFFINO
We are both acclaimed, awarded chefs and pastry chefs from Sweden. We have published cookbooks and cooked food on TV. We have years of experience of the Italian countryside. During the past 35 years we have spent a lot of time in amazing restaurants, in their kitchens and uncovered the secrets behind the best pasta and risotto. We have practiced with the best chefs of Italy and learnt the tricks of the grandmas at local trattorias.
We are not a restaurant in the traditional sense - we offer a dining experience - upon request - a few times a week in our pergola overlooking the valley where we can host 8-10 guests.
BREAKFAST @ RUFFINO 08.30 – 10.00
Breakfast is served in the room, on the patio outside or at our "community table" at the desired time.
LUNCH @ RUFFINO 13.00 – 14.30
We serve lunch on request to our accommodation guests. Let us know before 10.00 the same day.
RUFFINO DINING 19.00 - 22.30
It contains about six to seven dishes including a glass of spumante. We create Italian gastronomy with continental style at the highest international craft with the rustic elegance of local produce when they peak.
Bread, stocks, sauces, and all essential cooking are made exclusively for every dinner. Note that the menu is only an example and we always adapt our cooking to the season and raw materials.
FAMILY DINING 19.00 - 22.30
A causal Marche-traditional-dinner that contains three to four dishes, cooked with great love of the best ingredients.
